After shampooing with a HPT cell food shampoo, apply the clay and leave on for 5 minutes.

Do not let the clay completely dry out. Then rinse the clay( Clay once a week) and follow with HPT Cell food conditioner, then HPT cell food drops.

Leave the drops on until your next shampoo.
